"My agent passed away, so I contacted Jain Williams' office. I was immediately impressed by their safety protocols during this COVID 19 pandemic. I continue to be impressed by their customer service, professionalism, follow through and expediency in completing things. If I am told that something will be done in 3-5 business days, it will probably be more like 12-24 hours! Courtney and the whole staff are sent from YAH.
